പൂട്ടള

ആഴക്കടൽ പാര് മത്സ്യമായ പൂട്ടള രുചിയുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ മുൻപന്തിയിൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന മത്സ്യങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നാണ്. കാണാനും നല്ല ഭംഗിയുള്ള ഈ മത്സ്യം ചെറുകൂട്ടങ്ങളായാണ് സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നത്. എല്ലാ പാരുകളിലും ഇവയെ കാണണമെന്നില്ല.

Poottala

 The Poottala, a deep-sea "Para" (trevally) variety, is renowned for its exceptional taste. Visually striking, this fish swims in small schools, though it is not found at every "Para" (fishing ground).
